GOVERNORS
The Governing Body consists of 14 members, including the Headteacher. There are several different categories of Governor including those appointed by East Sussex County Council (the Local Education Authority), five Parent governors, three from the school staff and the remainder coopted from the local community.
We are fortunate to have a range of talents among our current board including Governors whose background is in the local business community, in the Health Service, in Social Services, in the Law and local government, in adult education and in commerce and technology.
All Governors serve for a four year term of office and receive no payment for their service to the school.
